I appreciated that the technician got immediately to work and didn’t try to renegotiate the estimate, which is why I don’t use Coit anymore. I also appreciated that he completed the job without disturbing me until he was done, since I was on a Zoom call when he arrived.

We had some VERY dirty carpets, our guy said that he wouldn't be able to get it out, but considering how terrible they were. We are very pleased with the outcome. He was also very fast. Highly recommend
