Sergio, our technician was great. Professional and personable. Making the appointment and navigating customer service took a lot of patience. The people on email were not detail oriented, did not follow the thread of communication, and what could have taken 1 day took nearly a week because I had to keep reminding them of the pricing they quoted, the discount I was using, the date I was scheduled for and even my address. I am glad I hung in there but some training on minding the details is in order there.
The rep that you sent out to do the carpet cleaning was fantastic. He was polite, sincere and professional (Justin). I was surprised as to clean my carpet turned. I had been neglected and had numerous by the sofa and chairs. The carpet dried in less than eight hours. It looks almost new. The cost was reasonable. The man doing the work was very helpful.
