You have great customer service. I was able to make an appointment easily and didn't have to wait very long to have my carpets cleaned. You kept me informed about the timing of the technician's arrival time. When he arrived he was very friendly, professional, and efficient. When I noticed that the carpets were not drying quickly, you sent another person who brought fans and set them up, checked my thermostat to make sure it was set at the perfect temp to help the drying process, and acted like it was no trouble to come back.
I really appreciated the helpful nature of both of your employees.
I also think that my carpets are as clean as possible.
