Loved the before/after pictures! They really helped us feel better about spending the money to get our ducts cleaned. The technicians were very professional, thorough, and conscientious about wearing masks and shoe covers. Travis explained everything very clearly, and let us know that our furnace coils also needed to be cleaned. We chose not to clean them right away, but it's very good to know so that we can plan to have that done in the future. Overall, we are very happy with the service we received and will definitely be recommending Zerorez to friends/family/neighbors who need their ducts cleaned.

Extremely happy with the scheduling and service. On-time, polite, thorough and company priding itself on good processes. However, we did have a bit of problem with water causing some electrical issues (two circuits tripped that night) so it must've leaked through cracked grout in upstairs bathroom. Also, we had some tile buckle in the basement. Anthony forwarned up and took care around some cracked tile but it must've still expanded or seeped in somehow.

I like that Zerorez dose not use any soap on your carpets. Soap mats the carpet fibers down and get dirty faster.
