Andre did an amazing job and was super helpful at explaining that additional request and pricing that I had asked for my carpets. He was friendly, safe, fast and thorough for the work requested. My carpets look great. Will be using your services as long as I have carpet and/or cleaning needs for my house.

I struggled in my apartment rolling my rugs and getting them into the elevator and then my car because I dropped my rugs off myself, but once cleaned, Jason and Joshua took great care in placing them upon delivery. The return of my rugs was hassle free and they look great!

He attempted upsells by explaining the benefit to us without making us feel pressured. His enthusiasm for the job was evident in how he explained things. My servicemen were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning my ductwork. They showed me how everything worked, and before and after pictures-I appreciated the time they took to explain the process and to answer all my questions. I hired another company the week before to do the same job (their quote was $800) and after the other company came I found my ductwork to still have debris and large items! I didn’t pay them, and called Zerorez. I explained to the Zerorez technicians what happened with the other company and told them I was hesitant to hire anyone else, so I kept a close eye on the Zerorez technicians. They did great work! And they were professional and didn’t have an attitude about me wanting to know about everything they were doing. They worked well with my hesitation, I am thankful for that.
They also cleaned my attic fan, which is not part of the duct cleaning usually. I asked about it and with no hesitation, he said he would get it done while it was cleaning the vents with the pressured air. Happy with my service!!

They were honest about my ducts not needing servicing but offered to run a product through that would clear the air and it was just what I needed to clear my new purchased home that had been closed for a few months.
