The tech Andre was great! After review of area to be cleaned, he spent time talking through and explained all of the services that would be needed or that he would suggest to help keep the carpet clean. You could tell that he cared about what he does and most importantly he cared that customer got what they really needed.

I particularly like the process; It seems to be cleaner than other services. It's the main reason, I keep coming back for my carpet cleanings.
