We were so excited when we learned that Zerorex now service the Griffin area. My husband heard about your company on the radio over two years ago. I called but unfortunately I was told you did not service our area. It was such a pleasure to see one of your vehicles at my neighbors home, so we immediately gave you a call. The technicians (Carlton B and Leon M) did an awesome job cleaning our carpets. They made sure that each room was cleaned to my satisfaction by asking me to take a look at it and stating if I needed them to redo something just let them know. Both gentlemen were very professional and offered suggestions for keeping our carpet clean. During this pandemic, they took extra care and wearing their masks and covering their shoes. I certainly will use Zerorex for future carpet services. A satisfied customer!!!
