I've had Zerorez out a few times now and they never disappoint. They walk you through everything they are going to do, everytime. They clearly walk through the charges and fees and make sure to listen to and answer any questions you have. They are professional and, in my experience, always show up with a smile.
This was my first time using Zerorez. Tech was courteous and thorough. My carpets looked great when he finished and he left me a spray bottle of spot treatment for use between cleanings. I did add on the enzyme treatment which made my whole house smell fresh and clean. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
