Three area rugs cleaned, one with a big stain. Process was easy and efficient. I was notified in advance when the rugs would be picked up, cleaned & returned. Jason & Farrell were professional & worked very quickly. Jason answered all my questions & assured me the that terrible stain would be removed, and it was! They did an excellent job.
