My technician, Joseph, was knowledgeable and very attentive to my concerns regarding cleaning my bone white fabric sectional sofa dirtied by my dog and his humans. A cleaning was way overdue and I was concerned whether the red dirt from the dog would come out. He was patient when I asked him to go over a couple spots again and made sure I was satisfied before he packed up the equipment. Pet safe and quick dry time. The sofa looks great! I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and product. Will definitely be using ZeroRez again and for other additional services as needed!

Brian did A fantastic job at our house. From the beginning, when he showed up on time, he was the consummate professional. Specifically, he addressed all of our issues and spent extra time making sure that our home was clean and that the job was well done. Brian wore his mask the whole time and was patient with me as I dealt with dogs and other things in my home. He was also kind and engaging.
