Excellent service. Arrived on time. Performed services in a timely manner. Friendly, professional and respectful technician.
Pet odor removal is great for most of the carpet, except the entryways to the main family room still have a lingering urine odor.
Perhaps the cause of the remaining odor is too deep to remove all of it.
The tech gave a complimentary bottle of the PoweredWater to spot treat. I'll will try that a few times to see if it removes the remaining odor. If not, I will call for suggestions.

This was the first time we’ve used Zerorez but you were recommended highly by our contractor. Upstairs carpeting has been unused for year and a half so quite dusty and in need.
Our service guy showed up on time and worked diligently until completing the job. We were very pleased.

Service technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Brian was very professional and efficient. The process was even better than I expected. One little thing about your scheduling — you sent the confirmation of my cleaning rather late by email the night before the service. Thankfully, I saw it, but then had to run around for hours to get things ready for the cleaning. It would be nice to get earlier notice, and, for you website to ask for cellphone numbers only — I entered my home phone and might have gotten better notice had I known that it might be by cellphone.

Rugs appear to be very clean. Personnel who picked up and delivered the rugs were very courteous and prompt.
Will be sure to contact you again when rugs need to be cleaned again.
