My entire experience with the carpet cleaning was AWESOME!!! My carpet looks amazing. The technician was very professional and explained the entire process and he know exactly what he was doing and IT SHOWS!!!

Technician was really professional and informative. Work looked great after he was finished.

We had to get our floors stripped and waxed, and due to uneven floors, the first coat didn't take. I called zerorez and they bent over BACKWARDS to help us get the desired result, including sending a crew out a second time, no charge! We love zerorez, and will be using them for all our floor cleaning needs!

Heard the commercials on the radio. Called and scheduled an appt. Arrived promptly at appt time...actually a lil early...was very professional and friendly. Did a fantastic job. Well worth the money!! Will refer out and call them again when needed!!

ZeroRez always does our carpet and air ducts at a premium level. Our last cleaning did not stand up to our standard...it had been cleaned but did not dry to its normal color and cleanliness. ZeroRez immediately made an appointment to come and clean it again...at no cost to us. Edley L (Eddie) showed up at our door, looked at the carpet and got to work. When he left we could tell that the carpet was, indeed, clean

Technician Eddie had done a wonderful job, took great interest in what we had to say and where to concentrate. and offered an explanation of what he would do and, then, how he corrected the problem areas.
