Technician arrived during time frame, very professional and courtesy. I was asked to inspect the carpets before he left to insure that I was pleased. He was very knowledgeable about carpets. Carpets are soft. COVID precautions were in place. Very pleased with service.

Anthony, the tech, did a great job and worked very hard. In addition to the carpet, I asked him to clean upholstery. He did a phenomenal job. I also asked for some additional carpet cleaning. He also did a great job. The main carpets I wanted cleaned look much better.
