I like the product because of the product. Everything isn't soaking wet when they are finished and what was done doesn't take that long to dry.

The customer service was amazing from the tech who answered the phone and set up my service to the young man who picked up my rug as well as the 2 young men who dropped it back off. They were very professional, very respectful, and even went above and beyond to make sure it was placed exactly where I needed it. My area rug was heavily stained with pet stains and it came back looking new like the day I bought it. It smelled amazing and felt clean
