Not only was the Zerorez team on time, they were professional, thorough and pleasant! They understood what the issues were (previous tenant had cats, current tenant is allergic) and they recommended a deeper clean on the upholstery and carpet. They took care of the whole job and left everything spotless and the upholstery looked amazing after the cleaning! And the tenant is no longer experiencing allergic reactions to the cat dander.

I love the extraction method they use and it dries quickly. My technician, Zack figured out how to get some tricky stains out of my carpet and it looks brand new again!

I liked that the representative showed up early for the appointment which was great since it was a bad weather day, which meant he was finished ahead of schedule. My floors smelled and looked amazing afterwards and they were really soft and pliable to touch, no stiffness that you'd get using other companies!

Zerorez is better than advertised. Everything from setting up the appointment to the completion of the cleaning of my carpet. The technician was excellent! He was extremely professional and did a great job of explaining everything. Pricing was very fair.
