Expeditious service.

We love the results of our carpet cleaning experience (it’s clean, smells great, and our home feels cleaner). My real reason for cleaning the carpet was to remove bad stuff from the air. I felt our carpet was making us sick. And I believe I was right. The last few nights I have not been hacking and coughing.

We ended up paying for additional services that elevated our costs above the anticipated budget. But in the end, I believe the additional investment was worth it.

So, be prepared for upselling!!!

It has been about a week since my carpet cleaning, and the floors still look practically new!! All the little spots and stains have disappeared. And the deodorizer has done wonders for my closet, where my fur baby has marked her spots and missed a few from her pee pad. Steven was absolutely amazing; he thoroughly explained the process, what to expect, and asked pertinent questions. Highly recommend!

The lady on the phone was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. When the gentlemen came to my home to pick up the area rug, they called ahead of time and also were polite and professional. This is obviously what a customer expects and is very grateful when a company like Zerorez delivers.

The technician called to see if he could come early which was fine. He came when he said he would arrive. He explained what he was going to do and was very professional. My sectional and club chair were clean and the pet odors have been removed. I was pleased with their service and would use them again.

The team who serviced our location was great. They were very informative prior to starting their work; when they discovered the mold issue inside they unit, they promptly alerted us. We went over all the options to safely resolve this issue and all costs. When the work was done, we was shown the photos of before and after. They gave us piece of mind in regards to air quality; our son is very sensitive when it comes to airborne dust/bacteria and we have not experience any health issues. We are grateful for the experience. Definitely a 10/10
