Our cleaner did a wonderful job with communicating with us and letting us know what was going on throughout the process because neither myself or my partner were at the house at the time. He even brought a package in that was sitting on the porch and placed it inside for us. Zero Rez went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and cleaned our carpets well! I would use them again and tell others to use them as well.

The staff is courteous and professional. And they do a good job. My only complaint is that I feel that on the coupons that are put in the mailers, they should have the fees on them also. The 25 dollar fee and also mention the amounts for the pet odor control. Makes a big difference in price. Thank you.

Stephen was the carpet cleaning technician who came out. He did a great job and my "cinnamon & pepper" carpeting was restored back to its "salt & pepper" coloring! I had tried using my own carpet shampooer, but my carpet stayed too wet and browned out. I called zero res and they did a much better job than I did, LOL. Best of all carpets dried super fast and the rooms smell great. Doggy smell gone!

Brandon and Darius were very professional for the HVAC cleaning service! They wore blue booties (shoe covers) in my house, they explained the full process, they took before and after photos which they sent to me, and they were timely. I'll definitely book an annual service and cleaning. Thanks guys!!
