Anthony was a very pleasant, hard working young man. He first walked around the Condo and asked about our greatest concerns. He explained options as our carpet is not new and shows signs of its usage. Then he proceeded to thoroughly clean the entire area involved and did an excellent job.

My carpet is soft and clean. Other companies leave a residue and the carpet has a strong smell and is "crunchy". With Zerorez, my whole home feels cleaner.

Carpets do look cleaner. Technician was very thorough and polite. Left a "free" bottle of spot cleaner which was nice. No harsh chemical odor at all. Cleaning tool only has one large attachment, which is not adequate to clean under pieces of furniture that cannot be moved or corners/stairs which hold more dirt. Need to provide an additional attachment to offer maximum cleaning.
