Quick, inexpensive and thorough
The technicians took photos before the service which were exemplars of the "A picture is worth a thousand words" adage. We discussed the best way to eliminate the problem revealed by the pictures and then the technicians explained the cleaning procedure. I did not need to provide shoe coverings because the technicians were already wearing them when they came inside to begin the duct cleaning. The job was done expertly and courteously. They instructed me on how to monitor the UV system and encouraged me to call with questions or concerns.

Your technicians arrived when they said they would. They were extremely polite. He explained your product and How it works and how to keep the mold from returning. I was excited to know he had a UV light with him. I definitely purchased the light it’s a no-brainer. Lifetime warranty when I move from this house it will go with me then you will reinstall it for me. free upgrade for a new unit for the price of the bulb. I have two more services that I will be doing and if those go well I will forever be a zerorez client. I’m very satisfied
