My first appointment had to be rescheduled because the residential equipment would not fit to reach my unit. The service was rescheduled with the commercial division since they have portable equipment. Zerorez honored the same price I was quoted for residential for residential service. The technician was professional and courteous. He cleaned a sofa and two chairs. I could immediately see the difference. I will definitely call Zerorez for my next carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Technicians were very friendly & knowledgeable. They checked for pet stains & treated them before carpet cleaning, Our carpet came out very fresh & clean. They also showed us an example of tile grout cleaning in the bathroom, which made a noticeable change & we are glad we had that done too. We are very happy with the services we received!
