Edley was exceptional. He explained everything to us before he started, including any stains thet may have been hard to get out. He continued to communicate with me with any concerns while cleaning the carpet. At the end he had me inspect the dirty water, that was pretty gross and go over his cleaning service of my house. I was very pleased and would highly recommend using Zero Rez and Edley again.

My only complaint is that the price cannot be quoted until they arrive at the house. That puts the customer on the spot which is uncomfortable.

Omari was very nice and professional. I liked that after he finished a room he made sure that I was happy with it before he moved on to the next room. He made sure we understood when to let the pets back on the carpet and when we could walk on it again. Will use again soon for our bathroom tile.

They were on time within their scheduled time block. WHich is important. I like that I can rely on them actually showing up when they're supposed too. I also liked the notifications telling me they were on their way. The gentlemen who showed up were very nice and considerate of my home and explained everything well.

The only thing I didn't care for was the constant requests from confirmation starting the day before. One request for confirmation is enough. If someone is going to confirm once and then not be home for the appointment, a million confirmation requests isn't going to change that person's behavior.
