Our technician, Edly, was amazing--so that is the reason for giving Zerorez a score of 10. He was on-time, professional, helpful in explaining everything and in answering questions, and did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets. Truly an asset to your company.
On another note, the process of obtaining pricing and trying to make a decision of adding on certain rooms/stairwells/etc while playing the pricing games was beyond frustrating--enough of a frustration that I would consider using another service next time. As an example, to use the 3 room (+ free hallway special) - if I wanted to add on additional rooms, the price per room would increase back up to the $60/room rate. Same thing with the 5 room special if you wanted to add a 6th and 7th room. It doesn't make sense at all. In any other business, once you meet that threshold, it keeps the price the same for additional items/rooms/etc. The phone rep said to keep that price for more rooms, we would have to book 2 separate appointments, even if they are one day apart. Insane. That is a waste of everyone's time and isn't even environmentally friendly to make 2 trips in a row in order to continue that pricing. So you are actually penalizing your customer for trying to do more business with you.
Also, for the FALL15 special, Shanae (phone rep) confirmed with me that if we added on grout cleaning for our master shower (once the rep was here to do the test spot on the grout to ensure it would work), that the 15% discount would apply to that service as well. I asked her a couple of times just to be sure and she confirmed the discount would apply. Edly said unfortunately it doesn't apply since she had only loaded the test spot on the estimate. So she has been misinformed. All of your rules and various specials have even confused your employee.

I had Zerorez to clean the air ducts. Crew arrived on time, they’re all wearing mask and wore protective cover on their shoes. Travis explained the whole process step by step. They were kind and respectful to my home. Before and after photos are sent immediately after work is done. I paid exact amount that was quoted.
