My technician, Moses, was very conscientious and professional.

We used Zerorez serval years ago and we didn't have any doubt that they would do an excellent job this time around. We had them clean all of our carpets, area rug and they also were sucessfull in removing a 3 month old stain from a living room fabric chair.

Technician: Steve J. did an excellent job cleaning all of our carpets (5 rooms). He was very professional, friendly and stayed focused.

The two technicians who worked on the fabric chair did an awesome job removing the stain. They were very professional and friendly and I doubted that the stain would be removed, but they did, it is gone!

Quickly accomplished the job

It was easy to schedule the appointment, I received reminders and the rep called to confirm to make sure everything was still okay. The representative did a fantastic job! I wish I had taken pictures before he cleaned the carpets. They look brand new! I will use Zerorez again next time I need my carpets cleaned. Thank you!!

6 years ago when we had zerorez to clean our ducts I would not have given them a 10. We gave them another chance and the 2 gentlemen that came and did the ducts were very thorough and professional.
