The level of service that Joseph provided was excellent. He gave me a demonstration and explained how the cleaning would work and allowed me to view the first room once he completed it to know if it met my expectations. Edley was exceptional. He explained everything to us before he started, including any stains thet may have been hard to get out. He continued to communicate with me with any concerns while cleaning the carpet. At the end he had me inspect the dirty water, that was pretty gross and go over his cleaning service of my house. I was very pleased and would highly recommend using Zero Rez and Edley again.
