The tech was in and out quickly. My carpet is over 20 years old and it looks great now. No smell and dry in 6 hours. If I would have known, I would have done this much sooner.

Tech made the service window. Company called in advance to confirm the service window as well as a text reminder. Tech walked thru and confirmed the work to be performed. Tech also placed the corner guards to prevent the cleaning hose from potentially damaging low areas when pulling the hose up and down the stairs. He paid attention to the areas that were pointed out and re-address difficult areas per customer request. Jarvaris did a very good job..
