Zerorez did a fantastic job! More specifically Trevon was the cleaning associate that came to my house, and he was an exemplary employee. He was very courteous didn't try to upsell me on every product that Zerorez offers, only the things he thought would be beneficial - mostly the extra pet cleaning because I have two dogs and a cat. My carpets have never looked cleaner! All of the old spots that I have tried to clean a million times are gone! It feels so refreshing in my house now :) Thank you so much to Trevon and Zerorez!!

I am a repeat Zerorez Customer. My focus is clean and fresh without chemicals! I have allergies that can wreck havoc. I love the extreme hot water method used to extract, the soil out of the carpet. No fuss, just simply clean. Makayla was my technician. she was very professional and wasted no time completed the task at hand. She shared her thoughts about maintenance in between cleanings which I gladly received. Zerorez is a wonderful thing!

I received confirmation of a next day cleaning appointment. It was great because my dog had another accident and I could not do the cleaning myself. The Zerorez Technician was friendly and offerred tips for rug cleaning.
