Appreciated the organization and phone calls keeping me apprised of Taylor's arrival. Originally, my appt. was between 10 - 1 and Taylor showed around 2:30,but the office kept me posted on his arrival time + plus a nice little reduction in overall price due to inconvenience.

ZeroRez came out to clean my business office carpets. It was super easy to schedule. The reminders and communication were great! The technician was super friendly and efficient, not disrupting our operation at all. Lastly, we had some coffee mishaps that stained our carpet and I thought for certain the stain would haunt us after being walked on. No stain in sight after 1 week like I expected! Great job!
