Zero Rez made scheduling my carpet cleaning service a breeze. Once I scheduled my appointment, updates were sent periodically to remind me of my upcoming service. I loved this feature. On the day of my service, the rep. was very professional and friendly. The service didn't take too long either. Once he finished, I was able to knock some other things off of my "to-do list." Thank you!

Good Customer Service

Tech was on time, wasted no time with his plan for room sequence, found the job had 1 more room than I have and adjusted the invoice before he started.

The only things I can suggest are: 1) suggest, in advance, that homeowner get shoe covers to wear until carpet dries and 2) put down a plastic sheet for the hoses when on bare wood floors. I have steam cleaned my foyer floor but cannot resolve the area stained by solution from hoses. Suggestion?
