My technician, Joseph, was knowledgeable and very attentive to my concerns regarding cleaning my bone white fabric sectional sofa dirtied by my dog and his humans. A cleaning was way overdue and I was concerned whether the red dirt from the dog would come out. He was patient when I asked him to go over a couple spots again and made sure I was satisfied before he packed up the equipment. Pet safe and quick dry time. The sofa looks great! I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and product. Will definitely be using ZeroRez again and for other additional services as needed!

The carpet looks good due to the age of the carpet the tech did a beautiful job in cleaning the carpet. the job was done in a timely manner.

Brian did A fantastic job at our house. From the beginning, when he showed up on time, he was the consummate professional. Specifically, he addressed all of our issues and spent extra time making sure that our home was clean and that the job was well done. Brian wore his mask the whole time and was patient with me as I dealt with dogs and other things in my home. He was also kind and engaging. He is the type of person who makes you want to hire a company again.

Th service was terrific. The technician arrived on time and did an absolutely incredible job. Honestly, there were so many pet stains I expected the man to tell me it was hopeless and now the carpet looks almost new. He worked so hard and obviously is very knowledgeable. He is proud of doing good work and he is a great asset to the franchise he works for. His name is Trey, unfortunately I don't have his last name. While performing carpet miracles he was also training a new technician and talking another through what to do about his malfunctioning equipment. I absolutely recommend Zerorez, I will use them again, and I will request the same man. I hope his boss appreciates this employee, that he respects what he has, recognizes Trey's work, and makes sure he is well paid.
