It was easy to schedule an appointment online and you had availability within a short time window. My technician was amazing - arrived on the early end of the appointment window, was very courteous and professional, and had me confirm I was pleased with the service before departure. He did great work and I would be delighted to schedule him for my next carpet cleaning. As someone who was under a lot of stress purchasing and moving into their first home, I was incredibly grateful that he made the final stretch a bit easier for me.

The team did a great job. The only problem that I have is , after the floor dried there are a few spots that they missed. Those spots only showed up after the floor dried. I can understand how they were missed. I will try to clean those spaces myself. If I am unsuccessful I will need them to come back out.
