My technician was prompt in arriving; he explained everything. I had asked that 2 chairs also be cleaned, but after looking at the cleaning code on the chairs, he had to pass on cleaning since they needed to be dry-cleaned. I have 2 cats and there were some once-cleaned remnants of their throwing up, plus a more recent untreated one. When he got through, I couldn't see them. I am very happy with my clean carpets, minus the stains!
