I was pleased with the careful way Steve worked, and the end product. The carpet looked wonderful. Some of the stains reappeared the next day in one area,when the carpet dried. Not totally unexpected.
Steve said at least twice, that he was giving me discounts. Last year a young lady from your company came and also did an excellent job. She did everything the same, except for one small downstairs bathroom, with the same tile floor as the kitchen. I just forgot to ask her. She also told me she used the pet deodorant etc. So when Steve gave me the bill, without ever mentioning he was charging $200 extra for the pet deodorant, and his total was well over $600!! I was so shocked I felt speechless! The lady last year charged me around $300 for the same cleaning (except for the small bathroom)so I was expecting the bill to be about the same price. I am retire. The idea of being taken advantage of in this way is dreadful, and I would like to receive some explanation for this huge increase in price for the same service.
