Chris was wonderful! He is very knowledgable and was able to tell us exactly what needed to be done to bring our carpet back to life. Our carpet is 18 years old, and after Zerorez finished, it looks like it is only a couple of years old.

We have been using Zero Rez for the past 3 years in a row now and have had nothing but great service! I love that you don't have to call and be put m hold to schedule an appointment. You simply go to their website and schedule your appointment at your own convenience. They give you a heads up 1 day before and day of and are very accurate with their promised time of arrival. I love that they don't use any harsh chemicals to clean and the results are always amazing. We have had our carpets for almost 20 years in this home and they always manage to make them look good as new. Our technician today did a phenomenal job and got straight to work without waisting anytime. If we had the option to choose our techs, I would definitely request him to come clean our carpets again. You can tell he cares about making sure he does a good job and was very professional from start to finish. I love the easy pay option too which makes it very comfortable for both the tech and the customer. They simply send you a text with a link, and you pay through the link not making you have to deal with credit card payments through the tech. The whole process from scheduling to payment has been made very smoothly. Zero Rez knows how to run their business. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
