The whole process went well and very efficiently. I was able to schedule the date and time I needed. I was notified the day of the service to let me know when the technician would be arriving. I was given the time frame of arrival as being between 10 am - 1 pm. I was very happy when the tech showed up at 10:20!! Megan, the technician, explained the whole process in detail and was able to answer all my questions. She completed the cleaning quickly and was able to remove some really bad stains and pet odors. The pricing was fair and I was given a new customer discount. Overall, the whole experience was great and I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them highly!
