Ali did an amazing job! He was knowledgeable, quick, thorough, very communicative, hard working, friendly, and professional. What more could we ask for. Our carpets look beautiful. Also, had my sofa and a large chair cleaned, and they smell fresh and look brand new. Zeroez is worth the extra money when using the bio treatment to remove pet urine. No other company I have tried has been able to remove the stain or smell the way they do. And the quick dry is such a bonus! We only use Zeroez!
