Our initial appointment was rescheduled due to a technician's van, they were super apologetic and provided a discount. Technician was honest. We didn't need a duct cleaning and he (Ty) showed me our current state, guided me through potential issues and solutions provided by Zerorez, but our ducts are overwhelmingly clean. I wouldn't have known had he shown me any other messy duct. I will say, I would have had Zerorez install a UV light in the upstairs unit had they offered that stand-alone service. I have HEPA, hospital grade filters throughout my home and do not need the home filter at the moment. We did have you clean our dryer vent while you were here.
The service tech that came out Randolph did an amazing job and was very professional. I will definitely use you guys again.

Ali and Ed were very professional and kept us informed about the cleaning procedure. Our situation involved a diabetic cat who urinated outside the box unfortunately. We had the biological treatment that required 2 visits due to the severity. They did an amazing job and we will surely use them again! 10 out of 10!

The service that I received from Garrison was Phenomenal! He is a true Professional, and an Ambassador for Zerorez. He takes pride in his work, and pleasing the customer. I am so happy and impressed with our beautiful carpet, and it smells so fresh and clean. We have utilized Zerorez before, But no one has ever worked as hard as Garrison to make sure that we were pleased with the results. We will definitely call on Zerorez next year.
