When scheduling, there was availability as early as the next day. The technician arrived during the time window I selected and called 15 minutes prior to arriving and arrived exactly 15 minutes later. He was very thorough with his work, and explained everything clearly. Punctual, polite, and professional. Will definitely be using Zerorez again.

The service was very friendly and efficient. I loved receiving a phone call notifying when the technician was a few minutes away. The technician was very friendly and informative and set realistic expectations for the results of our years old carpet. He was thorough and tried his best to give the best results and he even offered to retouch some areas if we saw any issues or concerns. It was amazing how quickly he got us serviced as well. It was a great first time experience.

You came back out to retreat some stains and did it at no charge. The stains came out and carpet looks great. Dylan was nice, respectful and knowledgeable. I will mist certainly request him again and zerorez.
