The service provided by Tomas was outstanding. He was clear and detailed about what was available. He went above and beyond by assisting in movements of light furniture and provided suggestions on what should be moved to prevent staining.
Part of my service was to have my upholstery cleaned, and he explained that the company no longer provided service for my type of furniture.

Ty, our tech, was awesome. Very friendly and offered educational breaks to explain the process. Showed up on time, with a positive attitude and professional. We did the 3 bedroom + hallway special and they were done in 35 mins. Dry time was 2-3 hours with fans going.

How it’s clean without many chemicals

I like the fact that ZeroRez does not use soap or harsh chemicals. The service was professional and on time. The office kept me apprised of the arrival time. My sofas look great. Cory was my tech and he was friendly and knowledgeable.
