Maurice was my technician, and he was great. He was very professional and friendly. My carpet is almost 30 years old and light grey and had several stains from dogs, and after it was cleaned it looks great. I didn't have high expectations, but it looks much better than I could have imagined. I was very happy with how much better it looks.
