The young man that came out was pleasant and exhibited great hospitality. He was cordial and advised me every step of the way. I asked him if he would be able to get some of the stains out of the carpet in one of the rooms and he said, I will do my best.

He did an excellent job and all of my rooms look great. Amir exhibited great customer service skills.

I didn't think one of the rooms could be saved but Amir assured me that he would try and to my amazement, it looks wonderful.

I had a great experience with Zerorez and the 2 staff members I interacted with. Katie helped me find the right package to fit my home and needs and the cleaning tech Dean was excellent. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was more than satisfied with the services and results. Great job team!

Follow up communications are timely and useful. The tech does an excellent quality of cleaning, checking with the customer to verify satisfaction. The method of cleaning is the best I have seen after using Zerorez numerous times over the years.
