Zerorez offers professional and timely service. Excellent!
The team was very friendly and insightful and went straight to work when they arrived. I will say that the truck they had did leak a ton of oil on my driveway which was kind of a bummer since my driveway has no oil stains. I had to spend about 30 minutes scrubbing my driveway to try and remove those oil stains after they left.

The carpet looks much better. It wasn’t terribly dirty anyway except one spot. The tech told us it might not completely disappear. But it mostly did. He worked very hard & was very pleasant. I do have one concern. I’m wondering if he drained something into my flower
bed. A few of my brand new annuals right in one group are shriveled up & the leaves look burned. He had his truck backed up right beside them. They were fine before he was here. I’ve never seen this particular plant do this in all the years I have planted them. I’m hoping the surrounding plants are ok.

Dylan was great! There was a cancellation so he called to say he could move up my appointment. He was kind, courteous and did a great job. He ensured that any questions were answered. He was very careful when bringing equipment into the house.
