The customer service of the air duct technician Tim Tyree and the other technician displayed excellent customer service. Explained the process of everything that he found with the use of the before and after pictures.

Tim found some biohazard in the unit and explained what needed to be done. I chose to have the service with the use of the UV, though I was not expecting to pay that hefty price for something that was not in my budget. I asked Tim does Zerorez had installment payment plans, he stated that the company does not. In the future could Zerorez have this as an option.

The tech showed up on time, he listened to my concerns and showed care. The treated areas looked fantastic and I am satisfied with the services.

The technician was very professional! He came in & got to work, didn’t waste time. As for the product, I see a few spots that may need a little more attention.

Dylan was a polite, courteous and professional technician and did great work. I appreciated his demeanor and respectfulness.

I prefer Zerorez because they do not use harsh chemicals to clean rugs. This is important to me since I have a dog, and don't want him laying on rugs covered with toxic chemicals. The results I have experienced are very good, and the people I have dealt with (on the phone or those picking up/delivering the rugs) have always been polite and professional. My only complaint is the extreme price increase from 2022 to 2023. I had the exact same area rug cleaned one year ago (2022), and the price was increased 30% this year. Even with inflation (6-8%?), a 30% price increase in the course of one year is grotesque price gouging.

The customer service is top tier. Brandon was on time and thoroughly explained the services I requested. He was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. My carpets looked and smelled brand new.
