Our technician was on time, friendly, professional, and did a great job.
Terrance, Kevon, and Ralph were professional and friendly. They communicated when they were on the way and arrived during scheduled window. We had newly painted walls and stained steps and floors and they very careful and did not scratch the floors nor accidentally mark the walls. We have used Zerorez several times and have never been disappointed.

My 9 stars is based on the additional costs that can be added to services which throws out the whole purpose of a special for large homes. For example, car protector PER ROOM OR STAIRS, area rugs, omgeee... the price is unbelievable.
