The young technician ( Shaun ), was wonderful, very professional and attentive to details the entire time he was in our home. He made sure we understood what and why the products were used. He also allowed us to ask questions and responded to our questions with expertise about the products. In my opinion, this young man was a true representative for your company. In a time when some people and companies offer subpar products and services, your technician certainly didn’t fall in that category. Attention to details were observed throughout the entire process. Hopefully, Shaun would be available in the future for our needs. KUDOS to this young man. He represented your company well. Give him a raise please.
