We had an emergency with our carpet that we thought couldn’t be fixed but decided to call Zerorez and see if they could try to save the carpet. Emillio came out and did an amazing job. Two floors and two stair cases were cleaned. Lots of stains in multiple rooms. Amazing work, we couldn't believe it's the same carpet. Very polite crew member, explained everything and worked very diligently. Will highly recommend!!!

The personnel were very good. When our are rug was delivered, the men left in a hurry and didn't get the rug straight on mat.
Overall we were pleased but disappointed that a stain didn't come out of the area rug.
