Elijah was great!! He was very professional. Once inside our home, Elijah took a survey of the areas to be cleaned. In doing so he explained everything in detail. After his survey was complete, he then gave his recommendation and built a quote for us to get a better understanding. What I like most importantly, Elijah did not try to force us into making a decision that we were not ready to make. Needless to say, the carpet looked great in the end. Plus, he did it faster than I'd expected for someone working alone. GREAT JOB ELIJAH!!

The young man who cleaned our carpet was very respectful and hard-working. He vacuumed the carpet before cleaning the carpet. The technician was very methodical in his cleaning process, and the end result was exceptional. I would recommend Zerorez to others without hesitation. I plan on having them come back for our basement area soon.
