I like the fact that they pretreat their carpet first then use pressure water to clean the carpet . Carpet always look nice and smell fresh. Reps are always nice and professional and they cover their shoes when they entered your home.

First off, I wanted to compliment every single person I spoke with during my experience with Zerorez. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. The technician went above and beyond to help us with exactly what we needed for our carpets. He went over the worst spots multiple times to help eliminate the stains. He also told us what to expect for the coming weeks and said if any problem arises, we would contact them to come back out and they would. He gave us great tips to help keep the carpets fresh and smelling great. I was amazed at how great they looked after he was done. I am planning on having them come back out and do some other work- I had no idea how many services they offered. I will forever be thankful that my friend Dottie recommended them to me. I am a lifelong client now!
