Chris did a good job, however there are some spots that didn't come out.

Everyone was polite and professional. Work was perfomed in a very timely manner. Both visits were much earlier than expected which could have been a problem had the house not been accessible.

Ti and AJ arrived within the allotted time slot. Ti saved me some money by being honest of what needed to be cleaned when he inspected my air ducts. They were thorough, efficient, and respectful of my home.

The delivery was on time and your guys determined where to put the pads and rugs in our new home. It was tricky with a floor outlet in the living room but they advised me as to the best placement.
Technical was knowledgeable about his product. Advised me on what he was there to do. Told me about additional products/ services. Volunteered to take a rug with him for cleaning to save me time.

Area rug cleaned and every little spot that was on rug is now gone! The rug looks amazing and I'm so thankful that now when the grandkids crawl around on it I know it is chemically free cleaned and safe for them! Service was great, I was informed every step of the way and very pleased with results!
