The staff is always courteous, friendly and professional- from making the appt by phone all the way to the service tech coming to our home. We’re always pleased with the tech (AJ was our recent one, and he was nice, informative, and thorough). Our carpets always look good and fresh once they’re done.

It was a quick process. There was not a lot of machinery which invaded my personal space. DJ (the representative) was very professional, very informative, and did a very effective job.

He came in did the bulb replacement and didn't try to up-sell me with something.
