Zerorez technician Jacob was friendly and thorough, and the before-and-after difference in the carpets is something to see. These carpets have had it, I’m sure, and nothing will make them perfect in every single place because there’s probably subfloor staining, but they are tremendously better, it looks welcoming at the very first glance, and the air in the house seems lighter! Wish I’d taken B&A photos. I recommend Zerorez to everyone.

The upcharges were annoying. I started my visit at $140 then it ballooned to almost $500. If your best options to clean and repel stains is with additional charges state that up front.
