I called zerorez because I was having dryer issues. It turned out the dryer vent from outside had a birds nest about a foot into dryer duct. They guys quickly resolved the issue.

The technicians are professional and courteous. Came at the designated time, actually the early end of the window of time which I liked! Javarus Johnson did a wonderful job. The carpet looked great. (even tho badly stained!) The only thing was the dispatcher said they tried to call here but it did not go through. May have not heard that the phone system tells you to press pound key if you are an invited caller. (to deter robo calls.) He may not have heard that part to put the call thru. So I did not get a heads up on the time. But other than that, very happy with the tech and the results. Thank you!
