Your technician was knowledgeable and professional. He was on time and went to work upon arrival. He was careful with my furniture and did a very good job. I have used you for over 20 years and my carpet is still in very good condition. I wouldn't use anyone else.

The service techs were extremely thorough. The odor in my carpet was very bad. Even before the job was done, the whole home smelled much better. Not only that, the quality of the carpets improved greatly. Initially, they looked tired and well-worn. After the technicians were done, the carpets not only looked clean, but were spruced up and more "lively looking". I've already referred them to a friend out in Conyers :-)
