I have used Zerorez in the past and always been satisfied - in this market we are in it is a breath of fresh air to still find folks that take pride in their work and make it such a positive experience.

I really do love Zerorez......I was disappointed this time a little. I paid additional for the pet/bio treatment. I definitely have some pet smells I was hoping to get rid of. Unfortunately, they are still there. I would probably have just done the basic clean if I had know that, vs.paying an extra charge. Otherwise, the technicians were very professional!
