I liked that our tech Jacob came in, investigated the scope of work, explained the process and the cost and went to work. Afterwards we reviewed the work, all stains were removed and the carpet looked cleaned.

I'm very happy with the whole cleaning experience. Considering how bad our carpet was this time, our technician, Q, was able to make the carpet look new again. However, after a few days, some of the stains came back through the carpet. I'm still very happy that it's clean and odor free. Thank you.

They clearly walked through the proposed work and were upfront about what was necessary and what was superfluous, which ultimately saved me some money this time.
