The associate was professional and thorough!
Our tech, Ryan, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. Our original order included cleaning of our couch and ottoman; however after testing a section he suggested we did not need to have the furniture cleaned. He said it wasn’t that dirty and the cleaning wouldn’t make much of a difference. We were stunned by his suggestion and truly appreciated his honesty. It is rare to find a salesperson/organization that puts doing the right thing above making a dollar. We will be Zerorez customers for life. Thank you!

Darius did a fabulous job and was extremely professional. He went over everything prior to bringing anything into my home. He did a walkthrough explained the services and confirmed pricing. He explained the time it would take for the carpets to dry and did all of this with a smile on a face. He did a very detailed cleaning in a very timely manner.

Also, I deal with a lot of people on a daily basis, but the technician, Brian, who was at our house was fantastic! He was very pleasant to deal with, thorough in his explanations and work. He enjoyed his job and it showed. I usually want folks out of my house asap and that was not the case with Brian. He made it very comfortable to be around him which made me feel better about the overall job and experience.
