They do a good job

Zerorex is my favorite carpet cleaning company. Carpets dry within a few hours, and the dirt is NOT pushed to the walls where it builds up and turns black over several years. Zerorez gives you an advanced quote before they begin and then goes over everything with the actual cost. Mine went down so that was great. Zerorez does not try to up the cost while working on site. The Zerorez service person is very professional and explained every step before he started. He also asked for questions concerning the work before he cleaned up and left. Scheduling online was very easy, and I didn’t have to wait more than 2 weeks. Everything went smoothly, and I will definitely have Zerorez return for my next cleaning.

I used ZeroRez for both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. The servicemen were friendly and professional. They only offered additional services that they thought would be helpful to me and my family (blower cleaning and deep clean with antibacterial treatment for carpets in bedroom). They arrived within the scheduled window and gave me appropriate expectations about how long the service would last. My carpets look like new and I feel better knowing that the heat coming out of the vents is clean and dust free! I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The carpets look so good! I am glad that we went with ZEROREZ! As an added benefit, the cost was beyond reasonable, too.
